Vanessa  found her passion for wellness at an early age. The culmination of many athletic injuries led her to the path of Acupuncture. Vanessa became a Nationally certified acupuncturist (NCCAOM) after graduating from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine with a Masters Degree in Acupuncture in 2010. She started her private practice in Orangeburg, NY for 5 years until relocating to Mahopac, NY. In 2016, she became the Acupuncturist for Northern Westchester Hospital in Mount Kisco, NY as part of the Cancer Treatment and Wellness Center team. This experience has ignited her passion for integrative medicine. In December 2017, Vanessa earned her Doctorate in Acupuncture from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Vanessa has a private practice with special clinical interest in chronic pain, oncology, women's health, fertility, gastrointestinal disorders, emotional disorders, and pediatrics. Vanessa avidly continues to study and integrate techniques from many traditions of Chinese Medicine into her practice. She currently resides in Mahopac, NY and spends her free time with her family, exercising, and enjoying the outdoors.
